Food 初めてのポーチドエッグ、温泉卵
温泉卵とポーチドエッグの比較動画です。どっちが作りやすくて、どんな感じに出来上がるか、比較してみました。スープジャーで温泉卵を作ってみました。温度設定のできる電気ポットを使い、１００℃設定で沸かしたお湯を注いで蓋をしてから１５分と２０分の比較をしました。次は、ガラスの鍋で７０℃～８０℃まで沸かした中に卵を入れて温泉卵を作ってみました。取り出す時間は１２分、１５分、１８分の比較をしました。最後はポーチドエッグです。お湯５００mlに、お酢大匙１いれて、菜箸でぐるぐる渦をつくり、割った卵をそっと入れて、２分３０秒かき回し続けます。お好みの作り方の参考になれば幸いです。I had toast with a poached egg for breakfast.Poached eggs are often served with hollandaise sauce in eggs Benedict.I tried making a Japanese-style soft-boiled egg and poached egg using a soup jar.
